SLIGACHAN CAMPING

APRIL 2026

I headed to Sligachan to camp with Sabrina, my pal from Belgium who travels to Skye every year to walk the land and meet the locals. We had intended to walk from Kilmarie to Camasunary, then onwards to Sligachan, but it didn’t work out. So instead we camped at Sligachan Campsite, had some chips in Seamus’ Bar, got kicked out because we didn’t have tickets for the gig, and then enjoyed a dram under the moon.
